Attorney David J. Morrissey has been a board certified specialist in workers’ compensation law since 2001. He is recognized in this area of expertise by the State of Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Morrissey has been recognized as a Connecticut and New England Superlawyer by Law&Politics Magazine. He has been practicing law for over 30 years during which time he has represented many public sector labor unions and dealt with all areas concerning the interaction of labor, workers compensation, and heart and hypertension laws.

Attorney Morrissey has represented clients at all levels in the workers compensation forum including the Connecticut Supreme Court. His primary areas of practice include workers compensation, personal injury, public sector labor and pension law, and social security disability.
