David is from Phoenix Arizona. He graduated summa cum laude from Northern Arizona University in three years with a Bachelor of Science degree in American Political Studies.

David then attended law school at California Western School of Law, and transferred to the University of San Diego School of Law graduating with a Juris Doctor.

David is a licensed attorney in both Arizona and California, and is admitted to all federal courts in both states as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
