Biography

David Hartung is an Associate in the St. Louis office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. David’s primary area of focus is toxic tort and environmental litigation, and he has participated in every stage of litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, David practiced corporate law in Shanghai, China where he managed an international team focused on foreign direct investment, administrative and regulatory procedures, commercial agreements, IP enforcement, and arbitration and dispute resolution. Additionally, David speaks conversational Mandarin and German and is a pro-bono counsel for Interfaith Legal Services for Immigrants and a board member for Saints Joachim & Ann Care Services.
