In 2004, he joined Todt, Ryan & McCulloch, L.L.C. to concentrate on domestic relations before founding the Law Office of David J. Howard, LLC in 2013. David has served as a Guardian ad Litem and has significant trial experience, including civil jury trials, family law bench trials, and appellate work.
