I spent over twenty years working in the insurance industry investigating, evaluating and negotiating settlements for personal injury claims before becoming an attorney.  My insurance experience includes handling of claims both pre and post litigation.  Therefore, I am familiar with tactics and procedures used by insurance companies and I know how to acheive the best outcomes for my clients.
