David Kohina is the founding principal of Kohina Law Firm, Pllc. Admitted to the New York Bar in 2010, he focuses on immigration, real estate, and business law. Mr. Kohina practices all areas of immigration and naturalization law including family and employment, business cases, temporary and immigrant visas, naturalization, refugee and asylum law. In addition, David Kohina offers legal services related to residential and commercial real estate transactions such as closings, deed transfers, lease reviews and drafting as well as representation during legal disputes between landlords and tenants.

Being an immigrant himself, David Kohina decided to attend law school and become an attorney as a way to give back, inspire and motivate others to follow their American dream.
