Biography
I am a trial lawyer with over 33 years of experience representing clients in Tennessee and Georgia state and federal courts. My practice focuses on personal injury litigation and business and commercial litigation. I am a member of the Tennessee and Chattanooga Bar Associations, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. I have lectured on construction law issues at construction industry forums, continuing education seminars, and at Georgia Tech. I have taught business law at Chattanooga State Community College and trial advocacy at Emory University School of Law.
