His practice has involved a substantial number of business, intellectual property, employment, governmental and personal injury litigation matters. In addition he has handled criminal cases ranging from white collar felony cases to traffic misdemeanors. David maintains an active civil practice advising clients in the areas of personnel issues, civil rights issues involving employment, trademark and copyright matters, as well as other business related matters. 

He is experienced in trial and appellate proceedings in both first chair and second chair roles; including jury and non-jury trials. In addition, his practice gives him experience in alternative dispute resolution venues including mediation and arbitration.
