Law Offices of David P. Leibowitz, LLC focuses its practice on trustee and fiduciary matters such as assignments for the benefit of creditors. Mr. Leibowitz also serves as a  mediator and expert witness. He provides services to other bankruptcy lawyers on a consulting basis and represents a limited and highly selective set of clients.

Mr. Leibowitz has been in practice for more than 45 years and has had leadership roles in every organization in which he has served including the American Bankruptcy Insttute and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. He has been honored with numerous pro bono awards and is a Fellow of the Wisconsin Bar.

Mr. Leibowitz is admitted to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin and numerous federal courts around the country.
