Mr. Speckman also practices in the area of business and real estate law, consumer fraud, and class-action litigation. Mr. Speckman received his law degree and MBA from the University of San Diego, where is graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA from the business school and near the top of his law school class. Prior to law school, Mr. Speckman obtained his CPA certificate in the State of Washington after graduating from the prestigious Fosters School of Business at the University of Washington. 

Mr. Speckman is a frequent speaker at real estate associations and other groups and has given several interviews on radio and television regarding financial matters, bankruptcy law, and various issues in litigation. Mr. Speckman practices throughout Southern California, including San Diego, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Imperial County.
