Biography

I combine my training as an attorney and as a Certified Public Acccountant to uniquely serve my clients. In addition, I have earned my LL.M. in Business Transaction from The Univeristy of Alabama School of Law to better serve my business clients and its owners. I have extensive experience in business transactions and succession planning, real estate transaction and estate planning and administration which allows me to assist businesses, individuals and their families with their legal, business and tax needs.
