David M. Bovi, P.A. was founded in 1996 with an emphasis on assisting clients with sophisticated business and financing transactions. The firm provides transactional legal services for a wide array of business transactions relating primarily to securities and finance; mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations; investment opportunities; and general business law.

The firm was successfully built on strong personal relationships, and it prides itself on the fact that many of its current clients have been with the firm since its inception. The firm’s client base consists primarily of: (i) small public and private emerging growth companies; (ii) successful entrepreneurs starting new business ventures; and (iii) high net-worth angel investors who invest in businesses.
