For the past 20 years David Ferri has worked in Finance and Banking. Most recently as the Managing Director of Investments at an Investment Banking firm based in New York City. Additionally, he is a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator and holds several securities licenses including; FINRA Series 7 (General Securities representative), 24 (Registered Principal), 55 (Equity Trader), and 99 (Operations Professional). Further, he is an SEC Registered Investment Advisor Representative and holds a NASAA Series 63 Uniform State Agent License. Mr Ferri is also an insurance professional and holds a 2-15 (Life, Health, and Annuity(s)) license, a FL & NC Real Estate License & has is a Florida Certified Building Contractor.

David is a member of the State Bar of California & the District of Columbia (DC) Bar. He currently works with, and advises, the board of directors of companies listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ and OTC Market(s).
