David Paul Pollan has been practicingexclusively in the area of elder law and special needs issues affectingthe younger disabled community since 1990.

He is a member of theNational Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has served the elder anddisabled communities through his work with AARP, Atlanta RegionalCommittee Aging Services Board, the Senior Citizens' Law Project, theElder Law Committee of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia CommunityTrust and Weinstein Hospice. He is also a member of the GeorgiaElderCare Network, a statewide alliance of professionals assistingGeorgia families to plan and deal with the issues of aging.
