David Perecman founded The Perecman Firm, P.L.L.C. 35 years ago in order to fight for and protect the rights of injured workers throughout New York. Throughout his decades of tireless work in the courtroom and at the negotiation table, he has secured numerous large sum verdicts and settlements for his clients, including some of the largest verdicts and settlements for construction workers in New York history. In addition to working with people injured in worksite accidents, Mr. Perecman handled cases involving wrongful arrest, civil rights, premises accidents, catastrophic personal injury, and work injuries.

Mr. Perecman graduated from The State University of New York, Albany before earning his J.D. at Brooklyn Law School. He is well qualified to handle any legal matter that his clients face, and over the years his success has earned him numerous prestigious honors and accolades for his work. Some of the most notable awards include being listed in the The National Law Journal’s Hall of Fame in 2008, being listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America since 2008, and being selected to the list of Super Lawyers list since 2007.
