David P. Folkenflik is an AV Rated and Better Business Bureau Accredited Lawyer handling Probate, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Auto Accident, and Injury cases in the Tampa Bay area since 1993.

Mr. Folkenflik was born in New Jersey and lived part of his childhood in Ohio, before moving to Pinellas County, Florida, as a teenager.  He is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, and the University of Florida in Gainesville.

In addition to enjoying family time when not working on client files, Mr. Folkenflik enjoys traveling, participating in standup paddleboarding, kayaking, going to the beach, and doing pilates, and rock wall climbing.  He also enjoys spectator sports, including football (NFL and college), soccer, baseball and boxing.
