Biography

David R. Fischer focuses 100% of his practice on defending clients against state and federal charges. Mr. Fischer is a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law. During his third year of law school, Mr. Fischer attended Pepperdine University's College of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, where he earned a Master's Degree. His skillful training in Dispute Resolution allows Mr. Fischer to effectively negotiate favorable plea deals for his clients, while not shying away from taking matters to trial if necessary.
