I joined the firm in 1984 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Sarah Grant on the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.  My practice focuses on litigation of complex civil lawsuits before trial and appellate courts.

My employment law practice focuses on defense of litigation concerning civil rights, including alleged discrimination based upon race, national origin, sex, age and disability.  I typically represent governmental entities and their employees or former employees.

My litigation practice addresses a wide variety of civil lawsuit issues including breach of contract, copyright infringement, intra company disputes,  real estate lien foreclosures, governmental bidding, and other disputes.
