David R. Cubby, Esq. is a proud product of the State of New Jersey.  A graduate of Waldwick High School and William Paterson University, Mr. Cubby is familiar with the everyday legal challenges of life in northern New Jersey. 

After receiving his legal education at Western State University College of Law, Orange County, California's oldest law school, Mr. Cubby began his practice defending troubled homeowners at the height of the foreclosure crisis in New Jersey. During this time, Mr. Cubby developed some of the more effective legal strategies not only for staving off foreclosure, but for forcing unscrupulous lenders to modify mortgages, keeping clients in their homes.

Mr. Cubby's current practice areas include real estate, trusts and estates, worker's compensation, and all areas of general practice, throughout northern New Jersey.
