Dave Roscoe is a criminal defense attorney with over 15 years of experience. He has extensive experience representing clients in vehicular and DUI cases, as well as violent crimes, drug cases, computer crimes, sex crimes, theft/white collar crimes, professional licensing, and appellate/Rule 32 litigation. Dave routinely represents clients at every level from misdemeanor charges to serious felony charges carrying potential life sentences. He has practiced in every criminal court in Maricopa County.

Dave has litigated cases at all stages including pretrial motion practice, jury trial, appeal to the Maricopa County Superior court, and appeal to the Arizona Court of Appeals. He also regularly appears before the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Executive Hearing Office in administrative actions against his clients’ driver’s licenses.
