Dave has been licensed to practice law in Alabama since 1996. After a very successful 25 year career as a Litigation Manager, Claims Manager and Department Director in the Telecommunications and Public Utilities Industry, David has merged his extensive real-world knowledge in the areas of Litigation, Auto Claims, Workers Compensation, Disability Law, and Contract Law with his joy of practicing law. David has successfully represented businesses and individuals in those areas, including: small businesses, not for profits, youth sports organizations, Homeowners' Associations, and individuals throughout Alabama.

David is an active community volunteer and has devoted many years to bettering the integrity of several youth sports organizations, parks and recreation in his community.
