David Kennedy is the founding partner of David Kennedy & Associates in Gainesville, GA.  He speaks fluent Spanish.  He graduated from The University of the South, in Sewanee, TN, in 1998, with a B.A. in Music.  He earned his J.D. at The University of Georgia School of Law in 2001, and was on the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparitive Law.  After graduating from law school, he studied at the Instituta Technológica Autónoma de México in Mexico City in 2001.  He returned to Georgia and worked as a prosecutor for the Hall County Solicitor's Office before going into private practice.
