     We are not the cheapest law firm in town.  We don't want to be.  But we are a group of high performance lawyers devoted to helping their clients.  Part of that help is quoting fair fees reflective of our experience and ability as well as the seriousness and complexity of the client's case.  We almost always can establish a payment plan that will work for our clients and allow us to be retained in a reasonable time frame.  We want to represent the clients that wish to hire us, so we will work to make it managable for all involved. In addition to traditional payment forms of cash and check, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders and certified funds. We can also establish allotments which are particularly helpful for our deployed military clients.

     Advertising in the practice of law has changed dramatically over the past several years.  A lawyer with no criminal defense experience can purchase top listing on a Google search and immediately find themselves listed above attoneys who have successfully handled hundreds of cases just like that of the potential client. It is so important to do internet research and analyze the number of years practiced, the awards and honors earned and similar information.  But also ask a friend or neighbor.  Go see the lawyer's office if you can.  Take time to educate yourself on the person or firm you are going to trust to best handle your legal situation.
