David’s divorce and family law practice consists of custody and visitation issues, child support, fault-based and uncontested divorce, legal separation, alimony/spousal support, equitable apportionment, marital agreements, mediation, adoption, termination of parental rights, and contempt actions.  While representing clients throughout York County, Chester County, and Lancaster County, David has had the opportunity to represent the young, old, rich, and poor. Regardless of the circumstances, David’s goal is to help his clients attain the most beneficial results possible. Pulling from his own personal experiences, David understands the stress and uncertainty his clients face when dealing with Family Law matters and he is attuned to his client’s goals. David's civil practice consists of representing clients in automobile accidents, dog bite cases, daycare accidents, negligence, slip and fall, and other personal injury matters throughout York, Lancaster, and Chester, South Carolina.
