Davina gives Copyright Law presentations in conjunction with The Center for Active Learning. Past events include, "Legal Advice for Creatives," (2012) and "It's Mine! - How To Own Your Creative Tech Property; A Practical Copyright Overview," (2013).

Davina is dedicated to providing pro bono legal services. She gives legal advice to artists through the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law section (EASL) of the New York State Bar Association and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. She is on the Board of the Iranian-American Bar Association of NY and is Chair of the PR committee. Additionally, She represents unaccompanied minors for asylum through the non-profit, Kids In Need of Defense.
