Biography

Dawn Mistretta represents clients in the areas of Business and Employment Law, but provides a general counsel on a variety of legal matters. Her representation of clients in the State and Federal courts in the realm of civil litigation and trials have given her the experience to find creative solutions to successfully defend her clients.

Dawn is a proud graduate of Campell University's, Norman Adrian Wiggans School of Law with the distinction of Cum Laude. She has many published works and is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and the U.S. District Court for Eastern, Western and Middle North Carolina.
