A founding partner of the firm, Dax has tried numerous cases covering a variety of practice areas. Dax's practice areas include commercial litigation, bad faith insurance claims, securities litigation, fiduciary duty litigation, and personal injury. No matter the area, his clients always receive thorough attention to detail, consistent and frequent progress communications, and continual case evaluation at every stage of the case. Representing clients throughout the State of Texas, Dax enjoys a reputation for efficient, professional, yet dogged attention to his clients' needs in all cases.

Dax began his career at Thompson & Knight, LLP a large international law firm based in Dallas, Texas. Dax received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in 1998 from South Texas College of Law where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review and the school's famed advocacy program. Dax has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star 2006 - 2011 by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters Service and Published in Texas Monthly (an honor going to only the top 2.5% of up and coming Texas attorneys under the age of 40). Additionally, Dax serves as an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law where he teaches trial advocacy skills. Dax also served as Chair of the Houston Bar Association Litigation Section.
