Dean H. Wang, Esq. has represented publicly traded corporations, physician organizations, hospitals, public utility companies, hedge funds, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies, technology start-ups, and closely held companies in a variety of corporate law and regulatory matters. He has advised individuals and companies on acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, entity formation, governance, private placements, joint ventures, intellectual property licensing, estate planning, health care fraud and abuse, HIPAA/HITECH compliance, and charitable solicitation. Dean received his B.S. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dean received his law degree and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
