I represent individuals in matters involving all areas of family law including but not limited to: divorce, legal separation, orders of protection, child custody, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, relocation cases involving UCCJEA, modification of maintenance (alimony), contested and uncontested divorces, and post-decree matters. I take the time to get to know my clients and attempt to assure their trust and confidence in my services.  I also selectively handle limited traffic cases as I particularly enjoy assisting teens and seniors who need traffic assistance.

I use my experience, knowledge of the law and familiarity with the court system in order to obtain positive outcomes for my clients. My philosophy of doing business is really quite simple: Treat each client as if they are my sole priority and give each client the personal care and attention sought while diligently working on a successful outcome. 

As a former Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney, I worked for several years on high profile cases. I vigorously represent clients through detailed explanations of the legal process and by offering sound and realistic advice.
