Deborah Arthur has lived in Northern Virginia all of her life. She is married and has one married daughter, Rebecca L Evans, who is a graduate of Immanuel Christian School in North Springfield, West Springfield High School, and George Mason University.  Mrs. Evans is a graduate of the law school at George Mason University and the owner of the Law Office of Rebecca L Evans.

Mrs. Arthur is an active church member at Calvary Road Baptist Church.  She volunteers in both chldren's ministry and women's ministry.
