A native New Jerseyian, I have spent my professional career building a general practice to meet the needs of all of New Jersey's families.  Our office is family and kid-friendly and pet-friendly. Our staff, all dedicated paralegals, complete a atmosphere of casual, professional assistance in a wide range of practice areas.  My law partner is my dad - Herbert M. Guston, whose 50+ years of practice experience adds to the work we do.

I am currently the Adoption Director and a Past President of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, an international organization of highly credentialed attorneys working in the family formation space.

I am also a Past President and current Trustee of the ACLU-NJ.
