Debra Scott , JD, MPH has more than twenty years of professional experience as a lawyer and uses her combination of law, accounting and public health skills during the course of client representation. Debra is a strong fiduciary litigator and understands fiduciary and compliance principals resulting from her legal and accounting background. Debra Scott has been a national and regional conference speaker and is often a continuing legal education guest lecturer on probate matters and trusts.   

Debra Scott earned a Juris Doctor in Law from Syracuse University College of Law, a Master of Public Health from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health with a concentration in Health Services Management and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside in Political Science. Debra currently is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, Estate Planning Section. She studied accounting at Clayton State University, in Atlanta, Georgia and was conferred membership into the Golden Key Honor Society.
