Biography
Debra Keehn was born and raised in Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a double major in Psychology and Sociology and earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan in 1990. She received her law degree in 2002 from Wayne State University. Before practicing law, Ms. Keehn was a clinical social worker, researcher and lecturer at the University of Michigan. Since 2003, she has focused her practice on family law, including divorce, child custody, support, and parenting time. Other areas of practice include juvenile delinquency, abuse and neglect proceedings, guardianships, conservatorships, personal protection orders, criminal defense, estate planning and general civil litigation. Ms. Keehn practices in Washtenaw, Wayne, Oakland, Livingston, Jackson, Lenawee and Monroe Counties. Ms. Keehn is a member of the American Bar Association, the Family Law and Probate Sections of the State Bar of Michigan, the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
