I am an associate with the law firm of Fergeson Skipper, P.A. I focus my practice on complex commercial litigation and estate and trust litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration, at both the trial and appellate levels. My practice also includes advising business and individuals in a wide array of business and contractual matters.

In my commercial litigation practice, I regularly represent businesses and individuals in a variety of disputes such as breaches of contract, business torts, real estate disputes, and disputes among business partners.

In my estate and trust litigation practice, I represent clients in a broad array of disputes relating to wills and trusts, including will and trust contests, construction and interpretation of wills and trusts, lack of capacity, undue influence, breaches of fiduciary duty, and breaches of trust.

In addition to my litigation practice, I am also experienced representing and advising clients entering into contractual relationships, such as purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, operating and partnership agreements, notes, guarantees, and security agreements, as well as many other types of contractual relationships.

In my spare time, I like playing basketball, tennis, and golf. I also like to relax by lounging at the beach or by the pool. My wife and I enjoy Sarasota’s great local arts, culture, dining, and entertainment. We also adore everything about our dog Barney, who loves long walks, fetch in the park, and swimming at the beach.
