I was raised in Pikeville, a small Eastern Kentucky town nestled in "coal country." Although I have lived in Northern Kentucky for many years, the saying, "You can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl," is true. I was raised to respect others and to do no harm. I expect the same from everyone else. When a company or person is careless and causes injury or death, I seek justice for those who do not have the money or power to stand up for themselves. Most of my clients have suffered a life-altering injury requiring care for the rest of their lives or have suffered the loss of a loved one. I combine my knowledge of the law and the knowledge I have gained over the last 18 years about various industries, including trucking, human factors, and medicine to fight for my clients and to make a change so that others will not suffer the same harm. I take great pride in obtaining compensation to pay for medical care my clients or their loved ones will need the rest of their lives and the wages they lost because of someone else's carelessness.
