I have been practicing law since 1979 and am licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois though I presently practice only in Wisconson.  Prior to getting my law degree I was a police officer and I have a Bachelor of Science degree in sociiology and graduate work from the John Jay School of Criminal Justice in psychology and criminal justice.  I entered Pace University Law SchoolI in New York in 1976 and graduated in 1979 with Honors. I clerked for the U.S. Attorneys Office in New Haven CT under Richard Blumenthal who is now the Senator from Connecticut.  I then relocated to Chicago, IL where I practeced law for many years and then relocated to Wisconsin.  I was a prosecuting attorney for over 8 years in both Monroe County and Kenosha County and have been doing exclusively criminal defense since 1998.  I have a reputation as being absolutely honest with my clients and with fervently representing their interests.  I have an excellent reputation with the Courts and am respected by both the Defense Bar and the Prosecution as an excellent and skilled trial attorney.
