Dennis started practicing law as an attorney in the 1990’s at just 23 years old. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University and continued on to earn law degrees from Florida State University Law School and Harvard University, School of Law.

In 1997 he then went on to start the prominent law firm, Dennis Hernandez & Associates PA concentrating in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, civil litigation, and insurance fraud. The Tampa personal injury firm is on Kennedy Blvd near Hyde Park District, but the firm also has a Sarasota auto accident attorney firm, serving the greater Tampa Bay area for over two decades.
