I focus my practice on businesses, including transactions, tax, and litigation. I pride myself on organization, consistent communication, thorough legal research and a passion for writing and creative legal arguments. Company counsel must be familiar with the business deal making process, but also must know how to handle dispute resolution and litigation should the need arise. Assisting clients with both commercial transactions as well as litigation gives me a well-rounded practice permitting me to see the full picture and to spot potential disputes before they occur in a business deal.

Aside from my practice in business & commercial law, I have worked on civil rights and torts lawsuits. My pro bono work includes advising non-profit organizations.

My personal interests include finance, technology, and outdoor activities.
