Derek G. Thiele, JD
Licensed to practice law in California, Washington and Washington DC, Derek’s law practice has an emphasis on business and corporate law, litigation and arbitration as well as mergers and acquisitions. His firm, Thiele & May LLP, advises clients on a broad range of litigation and transactional business law matters including employment agreements, acquisition and divestiture initiatives, contract drafting and negotiations as well as litigation avoidance and strategic planning. Litigation expertise includes trial and dispute resolution covering product liability, aviation defense, real estate, personal injury, medical malpractice, contract and business disputes. Derek is also a California real estate broker and speaks German. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from the Santa Barbara College of Law.
