I grew up in Oakland County, Michigan, but I have been living in the Lansing area since 1998. I attended Michigan State University for undergraduate studies, earning a B.S. in Medical Technology. I graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2004 with honors.

I was also a licensed Emergency Medical Technician from 2000-2003, working in the emergency room at Ingham Regional Medical Center during college and law school. I am currently an Executive Board Member of the Michigan Association for Justice and a member of the American Association for Justice. I practice in the areas of automobile negligence, slip and fall, medical malpractice, and Michigan No-Fault insurance benefits.
