My name is Diana Spurlin. I have been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2010. I am a strong and experienced litigator, having handled in excess of thirty jury trials as well as dozens of pretrial motion hearings, preliminary hearings, sentencing hearings and more. As a former prosecutor, I know how the "other side" thinks and operates, which I use to your advantage as I analyze the facts and circumstances of your specific situation and anticipate the arguments of the prosecutor handling your case.

I became a defense attorney because I love helping people, and because I believe that everyone deserves to have their rights under the PA and US Constitutions protected. While I handle all types of criminal matters, I am particularly knowledgeable in the areas of DUI, child abuse, and sexual assault. In Pennsylvania, the DUI and child abuse laws are constantly changing, so it's important to seek out a defense attorney like me who stays on top of the changes in the laws. Additionally, conviction of a sexual crime has many collateral consequences, such as having to register as a sex offender or being on harsh "sex offender conditions" of probation.
