She brings this broad range of experience to provide counsel in numerous fields including: trademark selection, clearance, acquisition and protection; copyright registration; domain name protection; protection of marketing materials, trade secrets and other confidential information; as well as expert counsel in merchandising, litigation and corporate issues.

Diane has represented apparel brands, painters and sculptors, production companies, charitable foundations, freelance writers, studios, multimedia companies, professional service providers, health and safety product retailers and many other unique businesses in the protection of their intellectual property rights.
