Dina Nesheiwat graduated with honors from Stetson University and earned her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami. She then went on to earn her master’s from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, focusing on criminal and constitutional law.

Ms. Nesheiwat began working with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office in the Crimes Against Children and Homicide Divisions and then went on to work with the Law Offices of Brinkley and Morgan in Florida, before joining Tacopina & Seigel.

Dina Nesheiwat is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, Tennessee, and Washington, DC. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Southern District of Florida. She is also a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers and Phi Delta Phi National Legal Honors Fraternity.

Ms. Nesheiwat was recently selected again by Super Lawyers as a ‘Rising Stars’ attorney, an honor given to less than 2.5 percent of attorneys who exhibit excellence in practice. She specifically practices criminal defense and civil litigation.
