I am a long-time California and Santa Clara County resident.  Grew up on the Peninsula and attended college at Claremont-McKenna and law school at Boalt Hall.  Initially worked at a large law firm in Los Angeles and then started my own business law practice in San Jose, which grew to 30 lawyers and two offices.  Firm dissolved in 1990 and I thereafter established the Business Law Group, a smaller, more client conscious law firm in San Jose.  We are very experienced lawyers offering the experience and expertise of a large law firm and the responsiveness and efficiency of a start-up.

I have been very active in civic affais with the San Jose-Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce inclulding chairing its board of directors and political action committee.  Also involved in Rotary and the Silicon Valley Capitall Club.

I'm an avid golfer and belong to a golf club on the Monterey Peninsula.
