Biography
Donald De Leon holds a J.D. from the UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where he served on the California Law Review and as an editor of the Asian American Law Journal and the Berkeley Journal of International Law. He also holds a Masters in Theological Studies from the Franciscan School of Theology where he focused on Ethics and Social Theory. Mr. De Leon graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, where he received a B.A. in Economics and a concentration in Peace Studies.
