Donald C. Schultz is a partner with Crenshaw, Ware & Martin in Norfolk. He practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights, Construction Law and Eminent Domain. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University, after which he began his career by clerking with the Honorable Blackwell N. Shelley of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia.
