Biography
Don is a partner at Dunn Carney, and joined the firm in 1986. Don has a diverse litigation practice, including in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance defense, professional liability, estate and trust litigation, and business litigation. Don has successfully tried to verdict numerous cases in the state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington.
