I concentrate my practice in the areas of business, employment, e-commerce, technology, real estate and civil litigation. My experience and depth of knowledge across a broad range of business-related legal matters includes commercial acquisitions, employment relations and disputes, as well as complex civil litigation. I have served as counsel to national corporations, handling matters such as computer software and systems agreements, licensing and multi-state litigation.

I frequently speak on business, employment and technology-related topics before business groups and associations throughout the region. I am also an avid sports fan and a member of the Maryland Soccer Foundation’s Board of Directors.
