I am an experienced bankruptcy attorney having practiced bankruptcy law in Arizona since 1973. I have been certified as a specialist in bankruptcy law by the State Bar of Arizona continuously since 1987.  I have been with the same law firm my entire career.  My practice includes representation of both business and consumers in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases.  I have confirmed more than 150 Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 Plans.  Examples of my clients range from consumers to restaurants, apartment complexes and hotels. I have lectured for the State Bar of Arizona on numerous occasions.  I am AV Rated and Bar Registered Preeminent Lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell continuously since 1985.  I  support Community Legal Services (legal aid) and accept cases from Community Legal Services at no charge.  As a native Arizonan, I am committed to representing my clients in the best way and manner possible.
