I graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and later earned my law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2004. I soon joined the public defender’s office where I worked for four successful years. I believed that, in starting my own practice, I could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2008, I founded The Law Office of Donna Wagner, which has allowed me to fully realize my passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

I handle every aspect of your case myself, and I am the one who answers the phone when you call with questions or concerns. If I am not immediately available to speak with you when you call, I will follow up with you at my very first opportunity.
